Workshops

Workshop at SELLACQ-Holland... To gain experience with candle making or to show and try out new ideas, we regularly organize workshops in our showroom in Joure in the spring and autumn. In small groups of no more than 9 people, explanation is given in an informal atmosphere about basic skills, various raw materials, techniques and new ideas. Besides this, there is plenty of room to get started yourself. The contact with other participants is also generally experienced as very pleasant because people like to exchange ideas and experiences.

Even as an experienced candle maker, it is always meaningful to invest to keep your knowlegde up to date and to be motivated to get started with new ideas.

We ensure that all resources are available to get started with any desired technique. Our experienced course leader Anneke responds to the questions form the group and ensures a balanced program.

The course of a workshop/hands-on day looks like the following:

Reception:                         09.30 - 10.00 hour
Morning program:              10.00 - 12.30 hour
Catered lunch:                   12.30 - 13.15 hour
Afternoon program:            13.15 - 15.00 hour

The costs are €98.00 (excl. VAT) per person per day.
